The Constitution DOES NOT say “Separation of State and Religion”

The elitist progressive liberals and groups like the ACLU continually attack Christian symbols, words, and values.  They use the First Amendment of the Constitution as their defense for these attacks.

Amendment I to the Constitution states:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;

One of the founding principles of America was freedom of religion.  The elitist progressive liberals daily try to strip us of the freedom of religion and of liberty.

Nowhere in the 17 words of the First Amendment does elitist progressive liberal judges have a right to strip Americans of freedom of religion and religious symbols?  Are these the judges who are supposed to uphold the Constitution actually violating the Constitution with rulings against Christian values?

Nowhere in the First Amendment do you see the words ‘separation of state and religion’.  The amendment does though clearly state “no law….prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”

The assault on Christian values and views is nonstop, the clearly unconstitutional rulings of the elitist progressive liberal judges is nonstop and the stripping of Christian right’s is nonstop.

The ACLU in Salazar v. Buono is attempting to have a memorial WWI veterans removed.  The memorial was erected in 1934.  It is a cross sitting next to a highway in the Mojave Desert on federal land.  This memorial was built by WWI veterans to honor the dead of all wars.

At this time a Federal judge has had the cross covered until the Supreme Court rules.  This is an insult to every man and woman who has worn the uniform of the United States.

Now Supreme Court Justice Sotomayor said in a conference that Federal judges legislate from the bench.  This is in violation of the Constitution.  We elect Congress to legislate.  Judges are appointed to uphold the Constitution, not rewrite in their beliefs.

What has happened in America?  In airports and universities tax dollars are spent to put a handful of foot washes for Muslims.  It’s part of their religion.

The elitist progressive liberals and ACLU have no problem with Muslim foot washes.  They have problems at oh with memorial’s two were falling he runs.  They have problems with nativity scenes at Christmas.  They have problems with memorials though for fallen heroes. They have a problem if you are bowing your head for a moment of silence in school.  They have a problem with people saying, “Merry Christmas.”

The elitist progressive liberals and ACLU want to destroy Christian values.  The biggest obstacle to their socialist agenda for America is Christians and Christian values.  Barack Hussein Obama said America is no longer a Christian country.  Obama is wrong.
