Saving America Part 8

One of the most important things the Federal government can do for America is to maintain a strong military defense.  Today possibly more than any time in our history American needs a strong military defense.

The elitist progressive liberals invariably reduce spending on defense.  Jimmy Carter and his administration cut defense spending and as a consequence of that Americans were taken hostage and held in Iran and attacks were made on several American installations in foreign countries.

Ronald Reagan and the conservatives rebuilt our military.  One of the many huge benefits of that rebuilding of our military was the end of the Cold War, the Berlin wall came down and the nuclear arms race was over.

During Bill Clinton’s elitist progressive administration once again defense spending was cut.  Reducing defense spending always shows our enemies a weakness.  When our enemies see weakness bad things happen, none of us will forget where we were or what we were doing on 9/11/01. George Bush was President but the way for the attack was paved way before he was sworn in to office.

George Bush rebuilt our military.  Now the elitist progressive liberals led by Barack Hussein Obama, Comrade Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid plan to slash defense spending.  They want to cut defense at a time when North Korea and Iran are flexing their muscles.

The world is too unstable for America to show weakness by cutting defense spending.  We’re at a time in history where America has to show her resolve to be strong and protect our freedom.  A strong defense is paramount to America's safety.
