The Dumbing Down Of Our Children

Why are School Districts, NEA, and the liberal Democrats against Charter Schools, private schools, and religious schools?  Why are School Districts and the NEA afraid of school vouchers?  Answer those two questions and you begin to understand the problems today with education in America.

The liberal Democrats are against Charter, private, and religious schools because these school won’t dumb down our children.  These schools won’t teach the liberal lies and socialist propaganda.  These schools actually teach our children.

For all of you bleeding liberals, grow up!  Compare today’s textbooks and textbooks from 30 years ago.  The liberals are rewriting history to achieve their socialist agenda.  The liberal Democrats give lip service to these schools and nothing more.
The School Districts and NEA are against Charter, private, and religious schools because they know they aren’t giving our children a real education.  They know they have been promoting the false liberal agenda and dumbing down our children.

The School Districts and NEA are afraid of vouchers because they know given a choice parents will not pick pubic school to educate their children.  The monopoly would be over.  The public schools have to compete and teach our children the truth again.  If they don’t compete then they die on the vine as they should. 

America you don’t reward failure with money and that is exactly what has been happening.  As our public schools fail more and more the money mantra gets louder and louder.  In real dollars School Districts spend 10 to 25 times more per student than they did 30 years ago.  What have we gotten for this vast increase?

Have we made great progress in the last 30 years with all the extra money now in public education?  No, we now have the highest dropout rate in American history. We have a higher dropout rate now than during the Great Depression or in the wild west days.  Those were times when children had to help their families survive and go to work instead of school and still the dropout rate was lower then than it is today.

Our children today can’t read and write, they can’t add and subtract.  Forget any higher math skills.  Most can’t find the USA on a globe let alone their home state.  The School Districts, NEA, and liberal Democrats are dumbing down our children.
What has all the additional money in public education gotten us?  Listen to some man on the street interviews.  Our children think the government should provide health care, housing, day care, and transportation to them.  They think that those things are their rights and the government owes them these things. 

Show me in the Constitution, or the Bill of Rights, or the Declaration of Independence where any of these things are listed as rights.  You can’t.  And what is worse if you’re under 40 you probably have no idea what the Constitution, or the Bill of Rights, or the Declaration of Independence are.  Way too many under 40 can’t read them even if they’ve heard of them.

America our education system doesn’t need more money.  It needs value for money spent, it needs to start teaching our children again.  Our education system needs to throw away the liberal socialist agenda and they need to stop dumbing down our children.

Charter, private, and religious schools can give our children a real education for as little as $3,500 in some cases.  Public education costs 5 to 10 times more than the other schools.  Our children leave the expensive public schools without an education.  They leave the Charter, private, and religious schools with an education.

Money in education isn’t the problem.  Government interference and the liberal socialist agenda is the problem.  The voucher system gives parents a choice.  It gives our children the chance for a good education.  America give our children a chance.
