Eliminate Political Correctness, Get Back To Basics

Many words have been written and many speeches made about education.  The more said the more ridiculous it gets.  The liberals answer is always more money and more power to the NEA.  The more money spent the less education the children are receiving.

It’s time to reevaluate the direction education has gone the last 30+ years.  It’s time to ask some tough questions about where education is today.  The federal government with all its regulations and the NEA has moved in with a vengeance during that time.  The question is, has education improved or worsened?

It’s time to eliminate political correctness and move back to the basics.  Our children need to know how to read, write and do basic math.  The time is over for the liberal experimentation with our children minds.  No more social passing when children aren’t at grade equivalent.

In the day, schools were different than today.  Family structure was different.  Our children learned to respect others and to respect others property.   Our children learned ethics, morals and Christian values.  This was before political correctness and the liberal agenda of you are owed.  The rich owe you whatever you want.

Children respected their teachers and their classmates.  If you got in to fights or serious trouble you went to the principal’s office.  You grabbed your ankles and got the proverbial swats with the paddle.  That wasn’t the bad part though, no the bad part was the school also called your parents and told them.  When you got home came the bad part.  You had to face very upset parents.  I wonder if that’s why not many went to the principal’s office more than once or twice.

In the day ethics, morals, and Christian values of the country were totally different.  Children respected their parents and all adults.  Daily in school you said the Pledge of Allegiance and bowed your head in prayer.  Schools didn’t have daycare for the student’s babies.  Young girls weren’t routinely pregnant out of wedlock.
In those days you could leave your car unlocked or a window opened at home and nothing was touched when you returned.  It was a day when people routinely looked out for each other.  It was a day when you didn’t have to fear walking down the street.

There was family structure and family values.  People had ethics, morals, and Christian values.  Then came the liberal agenda.  The great society and all the harm that came with the political correctness it brought.  Family structure deteriorated.  It became frowned upon to work for and earn what you get. 

The liberal agenda has destroyed family values, morals, ethics, and Christian values.  The liberal agenda has destroyed patriotism and love of country.  For the liberal agenda to work they have to pit one group against another.  They started over 30 years ago in our schools.  Removing ethics, morals, and Christian values from our schools.  Then began to teach the liberal philosophy of you are owed and those who work owe you. 

America first we must take back our schools.  Then we must remove the liberal bent and once again have the ethics, morals, and Christian values that made this country great.  We need to have our schools teaching the basics again.  We need to make the learning experience for our children good again.
